Mosaic Living

We moved into Fremont living 2 years ago and our experience with everything has been great! We absolutely love that all stores, parks, trails and restaurants are all walking distance for us. We have had amazing experience with the new building manager Kevin Burton. Any time that we needed something to be looked at or changed, I would contact Kevin, and he would get whatever it is fixed right away. The service has been prompt and great!

Moving out on our own for the first time can come with it’s challenges, but having the assistance of Kevin and his team with the Mosaic group allowed for such a smooth transition. They were great and answered any questions promptly. We chose to live in a townhouse at the Mosaic homes because they are in a convenient location with all the essentials close by, the homes were beautiful and it was suitable for us.

Fremont is a great place to live. I stayed in a one-bedroom unit that was nicely built and spacious. Everyone in the community is very friendly and helpful. It is also very clean, secure, and conveniently located near shopping areas and hwy. Kevin, the Resident Manager, is very professional, helpful, and kind. Any concerns or questions, he addresses them quickly. Great building, community and people!

Been living here for just over a year and it’s been great! I don’t see myself going anywhere anytime soon !

My girlfriend and I moved here in July and we absolutely love it here. We've now been here for six months and we couldn't be happier. Positives about the condo/area: - Very friendly people in area - Clean and well kept - Well secured and safe - Pet-friendly - clubhouse amenities are amazing - convenience to everything in the area as everything is near by (Wal-Mart, fast food restaurants, bus routes etc) - Trail just out back of the complex (great for anyone with a dog or even just to walk/bike) Honestly I could go on and on. Overall, I would highly recommend anyone looking to move into this building/area. We're really happy we live here!

I was so pleased to meet Jillian Mutch on our hunt for a place to call home. She was such a joy to work with. She listened to what we were looking for and new exactly what to show us. She is great at creating a wonderful community to live in. Since moving in we have met the on-site property manager Kevin Burton. I have to say he is wonderful to communicate with and is a breath of fresh air. Great work team! Jillian creates the community and Kevin makes sire the community runs smoothly. Thank you for the work you both do.

We just loved living at Fremont and were very sad that we had to move. The whole neighborhood is beautifully landscaped and maintained. It was just a pleasure to come home to at the end of the day. Our 2 bedroom apartment was a fantastic layout and we enjoyed all the amenities that Fremont had to offer. We would return and buy in the complex if moving back to Vancouver!!

The property manager Kevin is absolutely amazing. Any time I had a question he was super fast to email back or text. He made moving in and the transition from another province a breeze and was very helpful. Always available if we had questions or concerns.

Moved from Calgary to Port Coquitlam about a year ago, and chose Fremont. We are so so happy we did! The area is perfect for mix of nature and community living, The residents of Fremont are really great and our property manager Kevin is always there to answer any questions or concerns. The building is well maintained, clean and full of friendly residents and mosaic staff. Not too often you find a dog friendly building, with a dog wash and park 2 min away. It really is a wonderful place to live. Definitely recommend!

I've been living at Gardner for just about a year, now. It has been nothing short of fantastic. Kevin Burton, the resident manager, has been wonderful to deal with. He's prompt with replies and has been so helpful with anything and everything that comes up. I'm looking forward to continuing to deal with him as my resident manager.

We rented a two bedroom unit while we awaited the final construction of new home. We were happy with our stay. Our unit was well-designed with ample storage, and the in-suite laundry was a huge plus. The amenities and the neighborhood suited our young family of four. The nearby trails are perfect for running and bike rides, the pool is lovely during the summer, and the gym at the club house is well-equipped. Location is ideal, as you are minutes from accessing the Mary Hill onto Highway 1, and the local Walmart and Costco are convenient for grocery runs. We will miss visiting the nearby breweries and distillery that are just minutes away.

I had a problem in my unit and contacted Kevin after working hours and he responded immediately and answered all my questions and next morning I was so surprised that there were guys from Mosaic ringing our doorbell at 8 AM. Matters were resolved in half an hour thanks to Kevin and the Mosaic team for their super kind maintenance - the best place to live in with these people.

We just moved into Fremont Living and we couldn't be happier with our new home, neighbourhood, and all the amenities. The Mosaic management team was so helpful with every step of the process and went above and beyond to make our move as smooth as possible. Made us feel right at home from day one!!

Beautiful townhomes with tons of natural light, high ceilings, and a nice modern feel. Great view of the mountains, and right next to the Abbotsford discovery trail if you’re one to go on runs or on a nice stroll. Family and pet friendly as well! My neighbours are awesome! Kevin Burton the manager here is very kind and approachable! We have had a great experience with him and the rest of the Mosaic Gardner Living staff.

From the application to the moving process the Fremont Living Team (Shout out to Alexandra) has been amazing, they've gone above and beyond to accommodate any of our questions, concerns, and requests. Very easy and smooth process all around - highly recommend.

We love our apartment so-so much & the patio - is an asset for our fur babies. Thanks to Jillian for being super Awesome, Professional, and Totally understanding. Alexis - The Assistant is a pleasure to deal with. Both are friendly as well. As for the Apartment [Resident Manager] - Kevin Burton is Phenomenal. They are truly the BEST.

We have been living here for almost seven months and are extremely happy with all the staff and customer care which has been excellent. The building is maintained to a very high standard and life couldn't be better living here and enjoying all the amenities and local shopping.

The team has been very helpful during the whole process. Love that it's pet friendly, especially because it's hard to find a home that allows pets.

We lived at Fremont Living for over a year and loved it!!!! The building felt safe, there are lots of friendly neighbors, and great floor plans which include beautiful and reliable appliances, nice size bathrooms, tons of space in the kitchen cupboards, high ceilings, and lovely in floor heating! Angela the building manager is a joy to be around, very kind and professional:) The community here is amazing! The people are so friendly and really look out for each other:) Overall one of the best places to live!

Beautiful brand new townhomes, tons of space, beautiful modern kitchen and very spacious living room! Pets allowed as well. Move in process was easy, Kevin, the residential manager was extremely responsive and helpful throughout the entire process. He gave an excellent walkthrough of the building and it's safety features. The rest of the team were very helpful, and accommodating throughout the whole process of getting signed up and moving from another Mosaic location. I'm very happy with the location.
