Loved living here at Gardner, unit was modern and location is great! right by a bunch of parks and trails great for getting outdoors, the building manager Kevin was honestly one of the best building managers I have had, great place for a 1st apartment in BC!
It has been an amazing experience living at Mosaic Parker Living for more than 2 years. The management team is extremely helpful in helping our queries related to anything including moving in and out process which was very smooth. Well maintained and clean property. There is a park beside the building and commute is also easy from here. Would definitely like to recommend this place.
Fremont is a great place to live. I stayed in a one-bedroom unit that was nicely built and spacious. Everyone in the community is very friendly and helpful. It is also very clean, secure, and conveniently located near shopping areas and hwy. Kevin, the Resident Manager, is very professional, helpful, and kind. Any concerns or questions, he addresses them quickly. Great building, community and people!
My husband and I were lucky to move into a new Gardner townhouse. Excellent location and pet friendly. Any issues that came up was quickly acknowledged and resolved by Kevin Burton or one of his team members. Thank you Mosaic for giving us a home these last several years.

Really enjoyed living here and being close to walking trails. Never had any problems and if anything minor came up the Mosaic team were quick to reply and help. I am a renter and just moved into their new rental building yesterday. I have had only very positive experiences so far with the staff from Mosaic. They were super accommodating, communicative, and helpful throughout the process.

When we first looked at these units, we were cordially greeted and shown around with courtesy and enthusiasm by leasing manager Veronica. Then we applied for tenancy and were assisted every step of the way by Veronica, Alexa and Kevin Burton. We have been treated amazingly by all the people involved and with my wife being disabled and in a wheelchair, she has wonderful access everywhere on the property. Catered to and treated very well, we are pleased to have the opportunity to give kudos where they are absolutely deserved.
