We just loved living at Fremont and were very sad that we had to move. The whole neighborhood is beautifully landscaped and maintained. It was just a pleasure to come home to at the end of the day. Our 2 bedroom apartment was a fantastic layout and we enjoyed all the amenities that Fremont had to offer. We would return and buy in the complex if moving back to Vancouver!!

Moved from Calgary to Port Coquitlam about a year ago, and chose Fremont. We are so so happy we did! The area is perfect for mix of nature and community living, The residents of Fremont are really great and our property manager Kevin is always there to answer any questions or concerns. The building is well maintained, clean and full of friendly residents and mosaic staff. Not too often you find a dog friendly building, with a dog wash and park 2 min away. It really is a wonderful place to live. Definitely recommend!

I've been living at Gardner for just about a year, now. It has been nothing short of fantastic. Kevin Burton, the resident manager, has been wonderful to deal with. He's prompt with replies and has been so helpful with anything and everything that comes up. I'm looking forward to continuing to deal with him as my resident manager.

Fremont is a great place to live. I stayed in a one-bedroom unit that was nicely built and spacious. Everyone in the community is very friendly and helpful. It is also very clean, secure, and conveniently located near shopping areas and hwy. Kevin, the Resident Manager, is very professional, helpful, and kind. Any concerns or questions, he addresses them quickly. Great building, community and people!

I had a problem in my unit and contacted Kevin after working hours and he responded immediately and answered all my questions and next morning I was so surprised that there were guys from Mosaic ringing our doorbell at 8 AM. Matters were resolved in half an hour thanks to Kevin and the Mosaic team for their super kind maintenance - the best place to live in with these people.

We just moved into Fremont Living and we couldn't be happier with our new home, neighbourhood, and all the amenities. The Mosaic management team was so helpful with every step of the process and went above and beyond to make our move as smooth as possible. Made us feel right at home from day one!!

We love our apartment so-so much & the patio - is an asset for our fur babies. Thanks to Jillian for being super Awesome, Professional, and Totally understanding. Alexis - The Assistant is a pleasure to deal with. Both are friendly as well. As for the Apartment [Resident Manager] - Kevin Burton is Phenomenal. They are truly the BEST.

We have been living here for almost seven months and are extremely happy with all the staff and customer care which has been excellent. The building is maintained to a very high standard and life couldn't be better living here and enjoying all the amenities and local shopping.

The team has been very helpful during the whole process. Love that it's pet friendly, especially because it's hard to find a home that allows pets.

From the application to the moving process the Fremont Living Team (Shout out to Alexandra) has been amazing, they've gone above and beyond to accommodate any of our questions, concerns, and requests. Very easy and smooth process all around - highly recommend.

Beautiful brand new townhomes, tons of space, beautiful modern kitchen and very spacious living room! Pets allowed as well. Move in process was easy, Kevin, the residential manager was extremely responsive and helpful throughout the entire process. He gave an excellent walkthrough of the building and it's safety features. The rest of the team were very helpful, and accommodating throughout the whole process of getting signed up and moving from another Mosaic location. I'm very happy with the location.

We moved into Fremont living 2 years ago and our experience with everything has been great! We absolutely love that all stores, parks, trails and restaurants are all walking distance for us. We have had amazing experience with the new building manager Kevin Burton. Any time that we needed something to be looked at or changed, I would contact Kevin, and he would get whatever it is fixed right away. The service has been prompt and great!

Nice building just in front of a park with all modern amenities! The district is good, skytrain station is 10 mins away, several grocery shops are located nearby, everything you need for living is here.

I am a renter and just moved into their new rental building yesterday. I have had only very positive experiences so far with the staff from Mosaic. They were super accommodating, communicative, and helpful throughout the process.

My husband and I were lucky to move into a new Gardner townhouse. Excellent location and pet friendly. Any issues that came up was quickly acknowledged and resolved by Kevin Burton or one of his team members. Thank you Mosaic for giving us a home these last several years.

Living in a Lynn Living is a wonderful experience. The place is very nice, close to nature, pet friendly, safe, and very quiet. The community is very warm and friendly, and always ready to help each other. I especially appreciate the work of Bernardo, the manager of the condo. He is a responsible person, who attends to all the inquiries with kindness and respect. He is efficient and responds quickly to all the requests and requirements that we have. He makes sure that everything is in order and that we are satisfied with our living conditions. I highly recommend living here, it is a great choice for anyone who values comfort, convenience, and quality of life.

When we first looked at these units, we were cordially greeted and shown around with courtesy and enthusiasm by leasing manager Veronica. Then we applied for tenancy and were assisted every step of the way by Veronica, Alexa and Kevin Burton. We have been treated amazingly by all the people involved and with my wife being disabled and in a wheelchair, she has wonderful access everywhere on the property. Catered to and treated very well, we are pleased to have the opportunity to give kudos where they are absolutely deserved. Really enjoyed living here and being close to walking trails. Never had any problems and if anything minor came up the Mosaic team were quick to reply and help. Kevin and Alexis were very professional and friendly people and were always a pleasure to talk to. I would recommend to anyone looking for a place to live to check out Mosaic Living Gardner.

Loved living here at gardner, unit was modern and location is great! right by a bunch of parks and trails great for getting outdoors, the building manager Kevin was honestly one of the best building managers I have had, great place for a 1st apartment in BC!
