We lived at Gardner for 3 1/2 years. The townhomes are really nice for rentals, with a large bedroom and open kitchen/living room. It is a great complex, which is extremely well-maintained and orderly. I would say one of the main reasons for this is the resident services manager, Kevin Burton. He is extremely approachable and responsive whenever you have a question or issue about living at the Gardner. His professionalism and hard work in keeping it a nice place to live for everyone really shows- all the reviews stating what an asset he is to the complex are spot on.

Moving out on our own for the first time can come with it’s challenges, but having the assistance of Kevin and his team with the Mosaic group allowed for such a smooth transition. They were great and answered any questions promptly. We chose to live in a townhouse at the Mosaic homes because they are in a convenient location with all the essentials close by, the homes were beautiful and it was suitable for us.

What a wonderful experience, the location is great, the grounds are well kept and secure, the townhomes themselves were modern and extremely well maintained. The resident manager, Kevin, is the cherry on top of the whole experience. He is someone who understands the struggles that can come with renting in this age and does his best to accommodate everyone! Any issues are handled quickly and efficiently, and an app is used for communication and payment management which has a handy auto-payment program. I would happily rent here again and would recommend it for anyone considering.
